Mobile Apps Terms of Service

1.Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any mobile application developed and published under the developer account of Anh Ngo on the Apple App Store, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use our applications.

2.License Grant & Scope

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and execute the applications on compatible Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac with Apple Silicon, CarPlay, or Apple Vision Pro) that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3.Apple Platform Guidelines & EULA

Your use of our iOS applications is subject to the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and Apple's standard terms, Apple's guidelines shall apply.

4.In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Certain features, tools, or content within our applications may require a paid subscription or one-time lifetime purchase.

• Billing & Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation through Apple StoreKit.
• Automatic Renewal: Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage, change, or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings on your iOS device or via Apple's support page (Manage Apple Subscriptions).
• Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your purchases using the in-app “Restore Purchases” option with the same Apple ID.

5.AI Integrations & Third-Party APIs

Some of our applications (such as Auto Clicker AI, TV Remote Control AI, and RiseAI) integrate third-party artificial intelligence capabilities (e.g., OpenAI API).

• AI-generated text, summaries, quizzes, and images are provided for personal productivity, educational, and creative purposes.
• You agree not to use AI features to generate defamatory, abusive, illegal, infringing, or malicious content.
• AI features transmit only the necessary contextual request over encrypted SSL/TLS connections without storing your queries permanently on third-party servers.

6.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our applications.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any digital rights management or security features.
• Use the applications for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the applications or their backend services.

7.Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our applications are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Anh Ngo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of our applications.

8.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published directly on this page. Your continued use of the applications following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
