1.Introduction & Philosophy

This Privacy Policy explains how Anh Ngo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles your information in connection with our mobile applications available on the Apple App Store.

Our fundamental principle is data minimization: we do not want your personal data, and we engineer our apps to function offline or inside Apple's protected sandbox whenever possible.

2.Information Collection & Local Processing

Most of our utilities operate entirely on-device:

• Local Storage: Your custom settings, habit streaks (RiseAI), radio station favorites (Radio App), and auto-click parameters are stored locally on your device or in your personal private iCloud storage.
• No Telemetry Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information or usage logs to third parties.
• Diagnostic Logs: Crash logs and anonymized performance metrics may be collected exclusively through Apple's native opt-in diagnostics if you have enabled “Share with App Developers” in iOS Settings.

3.Artificial Intelligence & Third-Party APIs

Certain advanced features (such as WebMind AI summaries and voice Q&A in Auto Clicker, or AI image generation in TV Remote Control) utilize OpenAI APIs or similar secure machine learning services:

• Only the prompt, webpage excerpt, or search query necessary to fulfill your immediate request is transmitted.
• All communications are encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
• Data sent for AI processing is not used to train models and is discarded after generating the response.

4.iOS Device Permissions

Our applications may request specific system permissions to enable core functionality. You can inspect or revoke these permissions at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security on your iOS device:

• Local Network: Used by TV Remote Control Universal AI to discover and connect with your Smart TV on your local Wi-Fi.
• Microphone / Speech Recognition: Used for hands-free voice commands or voice Q&A. Voice data is processed in real time and never retained.
• Screen Time / Family Controls: Used by RiseAI strictly to shield distracting apps during focused deep work sessions. No browsing history or activity logs are transmitted.

5.COPPA (Children's Privacy)

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly remove such information.

6.Your Data Rights & Deletion

Since we do not maintain centralized user accounts or store personal profiles on our servers, deleting an application from your iOS device will instantly remove all local application data, configurations, and caches.

7.Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our applications or legal requirements. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” timestamp.
